Any chance of sharing how’s budget 2014 will impact Malaysian non-resident? I am working in Beijing but I have some rental income in Malaysia. From what I understand, I pay flat 26% tax, with no deduction unless it’s expenses directly related to the property, like maintenance fees and bank loan’s interest.
