      Is it legal to get a deal from bankers even before it goes to auction?

        Check out the last few minutes of the video on Q&A. Jeevan said that it is called “mortgage rescue”.

      1) If the auction property comes with outstanding bill such as utilities and payment payable to local council, would the new Owner be liable to pay those outgoings upon securing the property successfully via bidding?

      2) How if the current Owner refuse to vacate the auction property even though we have purchased the auction property?

      3) Upon successfully purchased the auction property, do we need to appoint a solicitor to represent us in dealing with legal course or we can just get it done by liasing with bank’s appointed solicitor?
