Hi KC, how do I calculate the reits dividend amount I will get at a particular quarter based on its income distribution announced in the financial report?

Every quarter, the REIT management will announce income distribution.
You can search on Bursa Malaysia website. For example: Axis REIT

Hi KC, if based on the example given, Axis Reit announcement date on 30 Oct 2019, the income distribution is
“Fourth Interim Income Distribution of 1.10 sen per unit (of which 0.70 sen per unit is taxable and 0.40 sen per unit is non-taxable in the hands of the unitholders) in respect of the period from 1 October 2019 to 13 November 2019.”
If I have 2300 shares, so how much money I will get from that quarter?
Is it 0.7/100 x 2300 = RM 16.1 or 1.1/100 x 2300 = RM25.3 ?

It is 1.1/100 x 2300 = RM25.3
