Hi KC,
Just seen your recorded webinar on ASB investments. I have a few questions to ask if possible.
I am one of the lucky person to get to invest in ASB, I am a non-bumi, but because my parent is from Thai accent, I am one of the lucky one that get to invest.
My question is below: I know that getting an ASB loan is good. But in the case where I do not plan to pay backache monthly instalment for the loan (due to other commitments), but only withdraw the interests once a year to pay for the instalment. Do you think this is still suitable?
Would appreciate your advice on the above. Thanking you in advance.
Yes, that works – using the ASB dividend to pay the installment. But before you get the dividend, you still need to pay the first few months of installment from your pocket.
Thanks for your reply. But do you think this is worth it? Or should I not take the loan at all?
I think it is worth taking the loan, as shown in my video training.
