But always the pricing is not up to date as well as the availability, will your website having the same problem? How update is your website?

Do you mean information on pricing such as maintenance fees and launch prices? We will update those from time to time.
Or do you mean subsale and rental prices for individual unit? That, we will not be able to control the prices that owners want to sell or rent at.
