Another victim of Digi missed call alert charges

Joshua Boey read my previous complaint about Digi weird charges, and wrote to me: I went to Singapore on Sunday, 31st of Oct 2010 for an interview on the next day. All the time I was calling back to Malaysia using digi roaming. However, during the interview session, my phone was switched off as it was a regulation in the company. During the time, my calls were being diverted into voicemails, and those calls were automatically charged onto my account as I did not deactivate my missed call alert service.

Citibank delay credit card cancellation

I called Citibank again and request to talk to their cancellation department supervisor to sort this out as I am really uncomfortable with this, they just keep telling me all of them are out and no one is available to talk, and just asked me to wait for 3 working days for them to call me back.
