My wife has a friend who invested in UK properties that provided fixed rental returns over 5-10 years, and she asked me to check around if there are any local agents who handle these type of properties. There used to be a spate of these in the newspapers some time back, but very few now. Was wondering if these type of UK properties are still good investment especially with the Brexit worries, and if you could recommend 1-2 local (Malaysian) agents who could help advise.
