Dear Mr Lau,
First of all, thank you for providing so many helpful financial insights to me for the past one year through emails sent to me.
Recently my application for affordable housing (Penang Granito Condominum) by BSG has been successful. I face dilemma whether to buy it now as the property market is not doing well. These are the features of Granito
- Price is around 400K(Is the price reasonable or overpriced??)
- House size 864sf
- Two towers, 14 units in one floor, total 49 floors including parking floors, 980 units (Highly dense)
- Located in Tanjong Bunga, besides Tar University College
- Two parking spaces per unit house.
For your information, I have no debt commitments. My main concern is I afraid after I buy, the price will dive down this year and next year due to tough economic landscape. I would appreciate if you can share your valuable perspective on this property.
