I CAME TO KNOW ABOUT REIT UNIT TRUST. CAN YOU KINDLY GUIDE ME HOW TO INVEST YTL OR SUNWAY REIT. DO I HAVE TO THROUGH BANK OR CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY AS WELL MINIMUM AMOUNT I SHOULD INVEST?

The REITs in Malaysia is traded like stocks in Bursa Malaysia. What you need is a stock trading account. You can apply one from any of the investment banks and securities firm.
