Hi, i’m new in this, interested in REIT investment. However, seems that there are tax apply to the investor.
am I need to declare in my personnel income tax in Malaysia for receiving the divided? If need, what’s the tax %?

The dividend from REITs stock, when reach your account, is already taxed (post-taxed).
So there is no need to declare separate in your tax return filing.
