HI,
We are in situation where my parents letting go the house we are staying to me and siblings. In this case, I will take over the house with refinancing the house (Public Bank)to current market value and by doing that, I will also have some extra cash back.( The house will be taken over by me now)
With the extra cash on hand, now I want to settle off my debt for my condo unit which is engaged with Ambank.
My question is, is this legal and doable?
I will appreciate your advise on this.
