Hi, I would like to ask regarding refinancing mortgage.
i currently have a landed terrace house current market around rm 330k which was bought around 4years ago: outstanding loan maybe around 190k. Repayment every month around rm1200 for 20 yrs. (4.2%;not sure if the rate change).
I am considering get refinance to reduce n save on interest. But mainly I will also need some cash flow around $100k for some purpose.
