Hi KC, I am looking at purchasing a third property. Should I wait for the market to continue to soften. Some people said I should wait, some say no.   If I wait, how long should I wait.    I do have some excess cash in FD , which I dont know where to invest. Should I invest in elsewhere other than property.

I can’t give you any answer on market timing because I really can’t foresee the future. Common sense is – if you can find good property selling at discounted price, why not take the action to invest?
