My wife is currently in her first trimester. We are interested in getting an insurance plan for the baby. Would getting insurance during pregnancy or after child birth be recommended? Based on the recommendation, which would be the best value for money insurance plan?

For newborn, you cannot insure your child until he/she is born, and 30 days after birth.
But it is a good time to survey and talk to several agents to compare plan now.
