Hi KCLau,
I have been followed your email for awhile. I am an affiliate marketer and recently planning to setup a company to run my internet business. I would like to have sole proprietorship type business. Just wondering if you have any recommendation of a guide to teach people how to start-up business, and what to do after registering a company in Malaysia, i.e. have to submit tax every year May and etc.
