My name is Ethan, 24, just started working as engineer since this year Jan, lately noticed that i will need to travel between states for works in future, even though not between states, within Selangor too. i have a 6 years old Myvi, not in tip top performance due to my lack of care during my Uni time but still able to drive around. planning to get married in a 5 years and wanted to get a house. I had been planning to change a better and longer lasting car then clear the loan in 5 years time then buy a double-storey house. I know that if i started to buy property, yes i can rent it out to cover my loan bit by bit, and the future is promising and i could get a better car by then.
so House first or Car first?
