Hello Mr. Lau, Can I still refinance my home even if I have a Bankrupt Status? FYI, my house is under 3 names myself, my wife, and my mother in law. Now, my wife is paying for the house. The payment is in good condition. Can we refinance the house under my wife\’s name? Thank you for your kindness.

In fact, I don’t know the answer.
It is up to the bank to lend you money. Each bank will also have different treatment for insolvent homeowner. 
You will have to talk to the bankers to find out more as it is out of my competency.
