Dear KC,
First time buyer here. I interested in i-city Hill 10 in Selangor.
Currently the area is a bit quiet, and out of the Selangor high density zone. Do you have any articles regarding the area?
I’m more worried about the appreciation/depreciation value of the property. Currently the property price seemed to be overpriced in comparison to the surrounding property value. My doubts are If there is sufficient amenities such as shopping malls, to support growth of the area.

I didn’t cover anything about i-city Hill, and I personally is not very familiar with that area.
But there are many people who will be familiar with that place such as the real estate negotiators that specialise on that area. I would suggest that you ask the experts in those area, and can also visit forums that talk about that. Google will help.
