Hi, I read your post regarding the online trading platform and have some queries.
I recently tried out the Plus500 demo account and was trading mostly in commodities. I’ve done some research on the withdrawal process and it kind of confused me. As I know from Public Bank remittance officer that I know, if the profit generated from this kind of online smartphone trading app (Plus500, eToro….) contained the trading profit of commodities, bank in Malaysia will reject such remittance of profit to the bank account as it was not allowed by Bank Negara. So, my question is how one can withdrawal the profit earn in this trading app. Also, as per research done, Plus500/eToro are trustable, but when it comes to the withdrawal criteria as per the bank officer, it worry me if I were to do commodities trading using online trading app. Hope you can help to advise in this matter. Thank you.

That’s a big concern. If you can’t withdraw your fund from the platform, then it is a big problem.
I don’t trade on those platform and have no comment on the technical issue.
You can contact their support team directly to ask for possible solution.
