Hello. I was browsing and came through your blog. I plan to buy this property 808 sqft SPA 559,600 after deduction net price will be 455,640. I am currently working in Singapore earning about 4500 sgd. After calculation, I guess monthly I have to commit paying about 2000 myr. Only have one debt which is car about 700 myr. What is your opinion if loan able to approve?

Hi Kent,
According to your DSR estimation (Debt service ratio)
Income:  RM14000
Loan: RM2000 + RM700 = RM2700
The total DSR is only around 20%, a comfortable level for bank to lend you money.
