Hello. I was browsing and came through your blog. I plan to buy this property 808 sqft SPA 559,600 after deduction net price will be 455,640. I am currently working in Singapore earning about 4500 sgd. After calculation, I guess monthly I have to commit paying about 2000 myr. Only have one debt which is car about 700 myr. What is your opinion if loan able to approve?
