Hello. I am a Filipina wanting a divorce. If I come to Malaysia to work, would I be allowed to file a divorce conducted and recognized in the Philippines?

      Hi,
I will be very grateful for some legal advice on my divorce.
I am a Citizen of Malaysia, aged 81, Male, Chinese.
I divorced my wife Ng May Suen, and My Decree Nisi was made absolute and final on 23 February 1974. As part of this divorce agreement, I had to pay my Ex RM400.00 per month, and when my daughter June Yeow reaches age 21, then pay the latter only at RM250.00 per month. This Decree Nisi does not have a time frame when I can stop such alimony payments to the Ex or the daughter!
My Ex is 76 now, and my daughter June is 53 now.
Under this “undeclared” Decree Nisi, do I have to pay now RM250.00 a month till I die?

      Grateful your advice, Thank You.

      Yeow Eu Ming (Mr)
