Dear KCLau,
I am interested in starting up and registering a new company in either Kuala Lumpur or the Klang area. This company will be a scrap trading & exporting company.
 
Is there any possibility to start the company as a 100% foreign owner? What are the options I have available?

For Company formation, I am not an expert in this area especially touching the issue of foreign ownership. You can check with the company secretary firms operating in Malaysia.
