On 29 October 2021, the Ministry of Finance (MoF) announced that it would offer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A. 15% discount for full settlement of outstanding PTPTN loan.
B. 12% discount for 50% settlement of outstanding PTPTN loan.
C. 10% discount for scheduled PTPTN loan repayment via direct debit<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This campaign is valid from 1 November 2021 to 30 April 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So, which offer of the three provides the highest returns for PTPTN debtors? Should you do it if you have enough savings to pay it off early? What if you use EPF money to settle it?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
