I am a paid KCLau.com's Premium Webinar Member (PWM). How do I log into the platform and access my content?

You can access the online platform at KCLau.com/webinar/login. You will be able to login with the username and password sent to you when you purchased the subscription.

You can recover your account with the “forgotten password” link. Be sure to use the email address you made the subscription purchase with. If you are still not able to access your account, please contact support@kclau.com.

Can I update my address, credit card information and profile through a self-service portal?

No, we are currently developing this feature, but it is not available at the moment. You can only update your contact details here. To update any payment details, please contact support@kclau.com.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can contact our friendly support team via email (support@kclau.com) anytime to cancel your subscription.

What is the refund policy?

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. But anytime within the first 30 days of your purchase, you can ask for a full refund for whatever reason, including no reason at all. To request a refund, just shoot us an email (support@kclau.com) using the email address you used to sign up.
