Read a company the way an owner does
Every US-listed company publishes its own numbers for free. You will learn what to look for in them, and what tells you a business is quietly rotting.
Growth Vault · Top 1% US stocks
A free 60-minute class for Malaysians who want to hold part of their wealth in US dollars and build a portfolio that keeps working in good years and bad.
764 people have already sat through this class.
Why we study Warren Buffett
Just under 20% a year, compounded, for sixty years. No charting software. He bought good businesses when they were cheap and kept them.

What you walk out with
The whole class in one table
Buffett has spent sixty years in the left column. Almost everyone else lives in the right one. By the end of the class you will know which column you have been living in, and how to move.
None of this is new and none of it is ours. Investors have written it down and copied it for decades. That is exactly why it can be taught, and why you can pick it up too.
The live case study
In the class, Ian walks you through a stock KC Lau actually bought, held, sold, and then bought back. You see the business model he checked, the numbers he pulled, the price he paid, and the reasoning at every step, including the part where he sold the whole thing.
Watch it once and you have a template you can run on any company yourself.

Roughly 2.8 to 2.9 times his capital since 2020
What he would change
He found value investing in his early thirties. Through his twenties he traded instead, and he lost money doing it.
He has run the numbers on those missing years. Had he started in his early twenties and simply held on, he puts it at close to ten times his capital over twenty-five years.
The stock was there the whole time. The knowledge was not.
You are earlier than he was.

Who is teaching
You are handing an hour to these two, so here is who they are.
Ian Tai
Co-founder, Growth Vault
Ian started out as a dividend investor on Bursa with small money and plenty of mistakes. He moved on to Singapore and built a six-figure portfolio that pays him five figures in dividends each year.
He has been reading annual reports for more than ten years and still does it today. He has written two books, one on dividend investing and one on the deals that built Warren Buffett's empire. He teaches the class.

KC Lau
Co-founder, Growth Vault
KC has built a seven-figure US dollar portfolio holding companies like Apple, Alphabet and Costco. The position you will walk through in the class is one of his.

"I barely make ends meet prior to joining PWM. I spent the remaining few hundreds ringgit I have to sign up in the hope to increase my financial literacy. Since then, I had bought my first stock and received dividends."
Thomas Khoo
Admin manager · PWM member
Ian and KC have been coaching Malaysian and Singaporean investors to run their own portfolios since 2020, when they started Dividend Vault together.
When it runs
The case study is built step by step. Dropping in halfway means the last part will not make much sense.
Just-in-time sessions start on the hour and at 15, 30 and 45 past. The registration form shows every time in your own time zone.
Last thing
