If you need a coach/personal trainer to be physically fit and healthy, then you need a coach too to be financially fit!
My investment decision is always not yeilding good returns and i end up with less then what i had. Also I’m always at the mercy of others when it comes to investment decisions. I would like to be well versed with fimancial planning and I intend to take it up as a career
I find that the area of coverage for the work shop sparks off my interest and drive to hear it out.

if i have been selected to join the workshop, i know the learning won’t stop even after the workshop ends. These will be translated into series of actions and habits and standardization. Perseverance, discipline and delay gratification will be in the top lists.
With the financial roadmap, i will not be groping in the dark. it will be more focussed approaches with financial systems support integrating the 5 critical elements for effective money management.

I have study loans and house loan that take up 70% of my salary. I am really in need to know the way to have myself to be financially free. One of my little effort to make myself not to be burden deeper by loan is to take public transport.

I think I need to attend Mr. Yap Ming Hui’s Financial Freedom Mastery Workshop because of one main reason: I’m a humble young 22-year-old just starting out.
This comes as a result of the inspiration obtained from one of Albert Einstein’s quotes that “the most powerful force in the universe is compound interest”. The earlier one starts to invest and save, the greater the benefits accrued.
Since I’m fresh and just starting out, I believe I would benefit immensely from Ming Hui’s works. By mastering some financial knowledge and practising them at a young age, I can then let the miracle of compound interest works wonder.
The ‘real world’ is not a place to make bad investment decisions as wrong choices will result in financial losses that are difficult to recoup. Knowledge from books are not sufficient to equip yourself in the ‘financial melting pot’. I always want to invest. But the excuse is not enough knowledge. And now is the critical time to invest as we are in need of the money. Too many things happen at the same time. I lost my job. My husband is on dialysis. Problem with insurance. I don’t want to blame my fate. So, hope I can invest soon once equipped with knowledge needed.
I am 50 years young this year. I am still working, and cannot afford to retire yet. I have some funds but it is not enough to last me for the next 20-25 years that I expect to live, if I stop active work now.

I need to attend Mr. Yap Ming Hui’s Financial Freedom Mastery Workshop to achieve financial freedom with less time.
My share investment has gone down 20%, my unit trust is not performing and I don’t trust my unit trust agent anymore. I’ve read many books on financial planning and investment, but reading alone didn’t get me to my target. Despite all these setback, I still believe that my knowledge is still not enough.

I have recently been through a terrible financial position since several years ago. My first job in sales years back had enable me to earn a significant income but due to my lack of knowledge about financial management, i have mismanaged on my savings havent invested wisely with the income i made to secure a better financial set ground in the long term. Eventually i trapped myself into bad debts and was black listed at the age of 26. After reading one of Mr. Yap’s book on achieving financial freedom, i begin to take constant awareness on rebouncing back my fincial position and increasing my net worth.
