Time is the most Wanted Luxury
The Consumer Research Center of the well-respected Conference Board
surveyed almost 2,000 affluent consumers around the world and found
that luxury defined is time.
Here are some main points worth mentioning:
- Luxury is having enough time to do whatever you want and being able to afford it
- 75% of affluent consumers rank using a personal computer, the Internet, or a cell phone as the most-participated-in lifestyle activities
- 69% say traveling
- Luxury is about the feelings the consumers get rather than the brand.
Before we get there, I would say that luxury is simply the life experience that we cannot afford at this moment.
