However I understand from your site that under the Inheritance Act, family members, siblings can contest the will if nothing is left to them. Thus my questions are: 1) How can I ensure my will is drawn up/worded in a way that it is not contestable? 2) If I include additional clauses to specifically exclude my parents, siblings, aunt, uncle, niece and nephew (where their full names and IC number are included in the will) - would that make my will 100% non-contestable?
