Talk and Share your Stock Market Investment Experience

The local share market is probably the easiest route to get your money invested instead of sitting idly in the bank. But most people had heard from their friends, family members or relative who got burnt several times. However, don’t be scared and don’t be naive either. If you are going to invest, put some effort to learn. The Internet is a great platform to provide a great learning experience.

If you are asking me to recommend any website about investment in Malaysia, it has to be Talk and Share. You can get updated information about Malaysian stock market, fables, motivation, proverbs, advice quotes, idioms and anything interesting and educational.

Talk and Share is a newly launched website with over 200 active members, and it keeps growing. It started as a personal blog about investment in Bursa Malaysia. Ben is the one behind the blog who publishes research and findings about local listed companies. Just a month ago, the blog migrated to TalkandShare.com, powered by the open source software Jomla (you won’t go wrong with open source platform). Now the website is maintained by Ben’s son � Leremy. I met Leremy before and he is a brilliant website designer.

Even though it is new, what interested me is that TalkandShare is actually full of investment tips! Some of the members are full time traders and investors. And they are more than happy to share all their research and advices with you.

Talk and Share is a very user friendly web portal. There are several things that you can actively participate in.

Beside general stock market tips, Ben also publishes his individual stock research such as MNRB Holdings Berhad.

I bought the share based on one of Ben’s recommendation early this year. Since I bought the share, it appreciated more than 100% and recently just split. The company is VADS. Of course, the authors are not liable if you make a loss in stock trading. So be careful and always know what you are doing before you invest.

It is advisable that once you had signed up for the forum, introduce yourself in the forum kopitiam. Mix around and make some friends by joining the conversation. Your regular presence will ensure your �family member� status. Then any of your query and advice seeking will most likely be entertained.
