Nowadays, we are bombarded with advertisement every moment. Big financial institutions spend millions of ringgits to grab our attention on every media possible – newspapers, radios, billboards, TVs, magazines and also the Internet.

In the local scene, you can really count the number of companies that make a prominent online presence with one hand (you really don’t need your brain to count in this case). Do you see ads from insurance companies? (Great Eastern, AIA, HLA, Prudential, Allianze???). Did you ever notice any advertisement from unit trust companies? (Public Mutual, AmMutual, CIMB etc) .. how about credit cards? I am not sure if it is prohibited. Anybody has any idea? Are they not allowed to advertise online?

Anyway, there are always many methods to get free traffic and leads to your website. Beside search traffic, another major source of traffic is social media. There is one company who knows how to make use of social media – ROCKWILLS

They are on youtube!!

They are even on Twitter!

Anyway, do you follow me on twitter and Facebook?

Rockwills, hmmmmm interesting. I’ll have to check it out.

I’d love for the Malaysian/Singapore crowd to start following my blog some how. I lived in KL for 4 years, and have a great affinity for the region.

Cheers, RB
