A new plan that’s better than the regular investment-linked

In conjunction of Great Eastern Life Assurance's 100th anniversary, a new slightly modified regular premium investment-linked plan was launched for a limited time. As stated in the brochure, "limited time" is actually an unknown period. But I doubt that it will still be available after this year. So what's new in this plan? Same premium, higher protection I wrote about the other best selling regular premium investment-linked plan before, called Greatlife Portfolio Insurance, also known as Great Protectlink Insurance. The new Centennial AddVantage Insurance (CAI) offers exactly the same features as GPI, but with ...

GE is giving away one special tour every week for 52 consecutive weeks to his policyholders, who registered, randomly. Although I waited quite a while for the site to load, it is really worth the wait. You can play simple flash games, and read blogs of contest winner. One of the ...

Beware of the Worst Advice from Insurance Agents

I often got this question about life insurance from readers, prospects and clients -- Should I lapse my existing policy in order to buy a new one? My answer is always a big NO. You can buy a new life insurance policy, but surrendering your existing one is always not to your benefit. Why you shouldn't surrender your existing policy Photo by kiddharma 1. Your existing policy was bought "previously", which means you are younger at that time. The premium rate should be cheaper if you are going to get it now. 2. Cash ...
